Срочна нужна помощь! Я выигрыла Грин карту и позже узнала, что беременна! Интервью назначено на конец октября! Рождение ребенка планируется на март. Хотели с мужем въехать в США до родов. |
Hello Nadejda!
Let me to clarify that situation:
1 - First of all, nothing is necessary in documentary, I mean, you need not to change or update anything DSP -120 or DSP -230 related documents!
2 - Concerning medical investigation: same accepted procedures / vaccination records, anthropometry, routine medical non - implement investigations, except of Chest X - ray.
3 - According to your counts, on coming October you will reach 16-20 weeks of pregnancy, and I guess you had to notice that you were pregnant on passed June, 3 months before, it means before that you filled out your DSP - 120, DSP - 230 forms, anyway you are out of necessity to change that documents because of there is not yet changes in your family situation.
4- In point of any Airlines' policy it is allowed to fly for pregnant women less that 26 -28 weeks of pregnancy, which you would probably achieve on coming December, 2011 that means you have extra one month after successful interview to fly to the US.
5- As soon as you come to the US you are as a pregnant woman eligible to apply for Social and Health Care Benefits, which give you a change to receive MediCare, or MedicAid to have Health Insurance to get birth!
To sum up, I'm sure to say that you are much successful girl in counting your menstruation before to get pregnant, that everything comes to be fair for you.
If have additional question, please let me know: in_spe08@yahoo.com
Good luck!
PS. If it is not your first labor, things can be more easier than you expect. You are welcome to the United States of America!
