Естественно я ничего не гарантирую.В данном случае первая Судимость исходя из возраста 14 лет,не подпадающую под запрет.А вот вторая судя по всему в 17 лет и для этого есть исключения:
9 FAM 302.3-2(B)(7) (U) Minor Exception
(CT:VISA-110; 04-14-2016)
a. (U) Provisions of INA 212(a)(2)(A)(ii)(I): A conviction or admission of the commission of a crime of moral turpitude will not serve as the basis of ineligibility under INA 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(I), if the following conditions have been met:
(1) (U) The crime was committed when the alien was under 18 years of age; and
(2) (U) The crime was committed (and the alien released from any confinement to a prison or correctional institution imposed for the crime) more than five years before the date of application for a visa or other documentation and the date of application for admission to the United States.
b. (U) More Than One Crime: In some instances, court records in a case might show that an alien under the age of 18 years had committed more than one crime involving moral turpitude although only one conviction resulted. In such a case, the alien is ineligible for the exception.
c. (U) Conviction When Over 18: It does not matter if the conviction occurred when the applicant was over the age of 18, as long as the relevant crime was committed when the applicant was under the age of 18.
d. (U) Confirm Existence of a Conviction: Before seeking to apply the minor exception for a criminal offense, you should first consider whether the offense may be a "juvenile delinquency" per 9 FAM 302.3-2(B)(8) and therefore not a conviction for U.S. immigration law purposes.
