Так может вы в цифрай ошиблись? Не 10 лет , а на 1 год? Не существует виз - поехать в США на 10 ( десять!!!) лет просто подзаработать. Существуют рабочие визы, ознакомьтесь с ними. Вопросы сами собой отпадут (большинство из них).

А нельзя ли ссылочку или хотя бы дать или даты программы . А то я этой программы не нашла ни в последниих, ни в майском архиве.

Но соглашусь . Но какое это имеет отношение к рождению деток с проблемами? Кого в старородящие записывать? Помню знакомая в России рожала в 28 и была старородящей. Это что - показатель?
