Теоретически можно, практически тоже можно, но с трудом. Чтоб получить не полное четырехлетнее образование, а сертификаты и тренинг для хорошей работы на курсах, то тоже семь потов сойдет.
Быстро и без особого образования - это продавец, уборщик, разнорабочий на стройке, парикмахер, ну и пр. малодоходное.
Вот почитайте, может что-то подберете, хотя для некоторых из них нужно гражданство сначала получить.
